Born to Roam is a curated collection of Americana and world vintage clothing made between 1960 and 1990. All items are handpicked and collected through a lifestyle of travel and wanderlust. Inspired by California subcultures, sportswear, and world travel, we're stocked full of unisex gear that makes guys and gals alike feel and look like the stone cold fox they are.
Here's some more helpful info about our pieces:
SO FRESH 'N' SO CLEAN
Before we list any of our pieces, we're sure to launder and hang dry each one. Go ahead, take a deep whiff-- you might just be able to pick up some notes of Pacific Ocean, redwood trees, and California sun in there.
Our pieces are vintage, and you know what that means-- they've been lived in, loved, and partied in. Yes, some wear-and-tear is a given but, like your momma always said, it adds character! In fact, we like to think that those signs of its past life is a great representation of the good times it lived through before it reached your precious hands-- and a hint of the awesome times ahead with your bad self, too.
WE MEASURE UP
Each of our items are listed with measurements so you can be sure that whatever you're getting is gonna hug ya in all the right places.
LOOK KILLER, DON'T BE A KILLER
We know looking rad is important. But the environment is more important. The fashion industry today bares huge responsibility for the destruction of the environment. Fast fashion, waste, pollution, sweatshops, not to mention any of the horrendous social and economic issues caused by today's fashion industry. Our advice, shop vintage.
Help save the planet while looking great at the same time.
Born to Roam is all about making sure you're happy. That's why we make sure to carefully hand-select and care for the items we stock to make sure that they're in the best possible condition. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
