BTR VINTAGE & NATURAL DYED VINTAGE

Born to Roam Vintage is a curated collection of vintage clothing made between the 1960s and 1990s. All pieces are inspired by a deep love of California subcultures. These items are handpicked, mended, laundered and hung to dry in the warm California sun.

In 2017 BTR Vintage started working with botanical dyes to bring new life to well worn vintage and dead stock clothing. All the plants we dye with are responsibly wild harvested or home grown.

BTR DYE GARDEN & DYEHOUSE

We grow a qurater acre of dye flowers seasonally at our family ranch in Knights Valley, Calistoga in Northern California. The dye garden consists of marigolds, coreopsis, orange cosmos and rudbeckia. If you are interested in purchasing dried dye flowers for your own natural dye projects, please inquire about our seasonal availability.

SUNDAY MARKET, SAN FRANCISCO

We opened our first brick and mortar location in 2021 under the moniker, Sunday Market. The space is a 300 square foot single car garage connected to the beautiful Hampui Hat SF location. Open Friday-Sunday 12-5pm, the space is constantly evolving and carries a curated collection of vintage, dead stock, reworked and plant dyed clothing.
